Rain Happens…

It’s a fact of life, and most of the time we need it, that being said, if it’s raining during your outdoor event it’s never welcome.  So, what can we do? Here are some options,

Shift the event indoors, we want you to be happy and we want your event to be great! We have 3 separate indoor facilities that we can shift you into, based on availability, our Main Lodge lower level, our Tubing Park Lodge, and The Outlook Restaurant. We will work with you to keep your event as seamless as possible in the event of Rain/Inclement weather.

Re-Schedule the event. If it is not possible to shift your event indoors and the weather is simply too nasty to be out in, we can re-schedule it with the following guidelines;

-48 hours or more notice, no loss of security deposit.

-Less than 48 hours notice. Unless the event can be re-scheduled within 7 days there will be a loss of the security deposit given. (This is to cover cost of food ordered for your event.)

-If the event is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice there will be a loss of the security deposit given.
